Shipping policy

All orders are currently shipped through Canada Post using Expedited parcel service. At this time this is the only reasonably priced option for shipping larger items such as our stands. You are provided with a tracking number at the time of shipment. 

Orders outside Canada may be subject to duty/tax or other import charges. To find out what those charges may be please contact your local post office. Charges vary from country to country and may vary by province or state. Import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. These can include things like high parcel volume (around the holiday season), COVID restrictions, poor weather (fires, floods, snow storms, etc), work stoppages, postal errors and customs delays.
