Our website is setup to handle online order from Canada and the US. All shipping charges and tax (Canadian Residents) is automatically calculated through our shopping cart. 

International orders (outside Canada & US)

We are happy to accept orders from anywhere in the world. Awen Stands/House Guitars has over 10 years experience shipping products all over the world. Please Contact Us if you’re interested in placing an order and we will get back to you with a quote and payment details. 

Shipping

All orders are shipped through Canada post using Expedited parcel service. At this time this is the only affordable shipping option for large items such as our stands. If you require courier shipping please contact us for a quote. Additional charges will apply. View our full shipping policy HERE.

Order Processing Time

We typically ship all orders within 2-3 business days. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. In the event that there is going to be an additional delay in getting your product shipped we will notify you through email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your item when you receive it to ensure that it has arrived safely. Please notify us as soon as possible if your item is damaged or there appears to be an error in what you received. We may request you provide pictures so that we can make a damage claim with the post office. We will do our best to provide a replacement product as quickly as possible. In some cases we may ask you to return the damaged item (at our cost).
